Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Orbital Blackout boosters and cosmetics sold by Theodore Armando Gutierrez.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason — including simply changing your mind.

How to request a refund

• Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to look up your order and request a refund.
• You can also reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, or contact our support through the game, and we will raise the request for you.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated booster time or cosmetic item is removed from your pilot account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Recurring purchases

Boosters are one-time purchases for a fixed duration and do not renew automatically. If you ever hold a recurring plan with us, you can cancel it at any time through paddle.net, and cancellation stops future charges from the end of the current period.
